Volunteers from the Prettyboy Watershed Alliance partnered with the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay to create a BayScape Garden at North Carroll Branch Library, 2255 Hanover Pike in Greenmount, MD. The garden is located in front of the library. The perennials used at this site were chosen for their drought tolerance, value to wildlife and year-round display of color.
